25歲的桑瑪特(Samat)，幼時的單親貧困成就了他獨立、堅韌的個性，卻也積累對棄家父親的不諒解。成為吉爾吉斯家扶夥伴的他，在服務過程中找到自我，也逐漸拋去對父親的怨恨，喜愛創作的桑瑪特帶領團隊中的Azamat作曲, Sabina作詞，透過自創曲「Together with TFCF」，傳遞他在家扶獲得的感動與力量，希望未來吉爾吉斯也能跟台灣一樣，靠自己國人的力量幫助自己國家的孩子。
